The European Garden Award of the Stiftung Schloss Dyck and the European Garden Heritage Network (EGHN) is scheduled to be presented for the sixteenth time on 26 June 2026.
In addition to the members of our international jury, you are once again invited to nominate candidates for one of the awards this year. We have opened the following three categories for nominations:
Management or development of a historic park or garden
Design or concept of a contemporary park or garden
Climate adaptation measures in a park or garden
Nominations can only be submitted via the form on the EGHN website. There you will also find the key criteria that the park or garden you propose must meet. The form is available via this link. Shortly after submitting the form, you should receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. If you encounter any issues, please contact ega2026@magenta.de.
Please include a well-written justification and, if possible, meaningful photographs. Only then will your proposal have a good chance of passing the pre-selection and being evaluated by the jury on equal terms with its own nominations. Multiple submissions do not increase the chances of a successful placement.
The deadline for submitting your proposals is 31 December 2025.
